01 / ACCOUNT

Account & Subscriptions

Registration, subscription links, configuration updates and device migration.

What do I need to register for IWVPN?

No email address is required; a username and password are enough. Choose a username that is easy to recognize but not reused for other important services, and store the password in a trusted password manager. After registration, open the user panel to check your plan status, then get the client and subscription link for your platform.

Where can I find my subscription link, and how should I store it?

After activating a plan, get the subscription link for your account from the user panel, then add it through the client’s subscription import feature. The link is used to retrieve the routes available to your account, so do not post it on public websites, in group chats or in screenshots. If you switch clients, return to the user panel and copy it again; do not edit the link manually.

How do I update my subscription link, and why is an update needed?

When route names, entry points or availability change, update the subscription in the client instead of repeatedly creating new configurations. You can stop the current connection before updating, then select a route again afterward. If the client still shows the old list, delete the old local configuration and re-import the subscription link for the same account from the user panel.

Do I need to buy another plan when I switch devices?

No separate purchase is needed when switching devices. IWVPN supports unlimited devices and works with Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Sign in to the user panel with the same account, get the client on the new device and import the subscription. When an old device is no longer in use, delete the saved subscription configuration from it.

02 / CONNECTION

Connections & Troubleshooting

Troubleshoot layer by layer, from account status and subscription settings to the system network.

What should I check first if the client suddenly cannot connect?

First confirm that your plan is still active, then update the subscription and try another route. Check that the system network is working, the client has network access permission and no other proxy tools are still running. Restart the client and try again after these checks. If multiple routes fail, submit a ticket from the user panel and include the error message.

Why isn’t a particular app using the proxy?

Common causes include per-app rules, a bypass list or a mode that proxies browser traffic only. Open the client’s proxy mode and app rules, confirm that the target app is not excluded, and check that the system proxy or VPN permission is enabled. After making changes, fully close and reopen the app so it does not continue using a connection created before the change.

What should I do if no routes appear after importing the subscription?

Confirm that you imported it through the subscription feature rather than the single-node feature, and check that no extra spaces or line breaks were copied. Then update the subscription in the client. If the list is still empty, delete the configuration, copy the subscription link again from the user panel and re-import it. Do not replace the account-panel link with one found in search results or forwarded by someone else.

It says connected, but websites still won’t open. How do I troubleshoot this?

Disconnect first and confirm that the underlying network can open ordinary websites, then reconnect using another route. If only the browser is affected, check browser extensions, separate proxy settings and the cache. If all apps are affected, check the system proxy, DNS settings and conflicts with other network tools. Change one setting at a time to identify the cause.

03 / ROUTES

Speed & Routes

How to choose regions, link types and routes for specific use cases.

What should I do about slowdowns during peak hours?

Update the subscription first, then compare other routes in the same target region. Do not judge by geographic distance alone; test both IEPL dedicated routes and relay routes on your current network. Pause system updates, cloud-drive syncing and large file transfers before testing again. If only a specific service is slow, switch to an exit route that matches the service’s region.

How should I choose a route region?

For ordinary web access, start with a nearby region that offers a stable connection. For region-restricted content or AI services, choose an exit region that matches the service’s requirements. IWVPN covers 190+ global routes, so narrow the options by region first, then compare route types.

What is the difference between IEPL dedicated routes, relay routes and direct connections?

IEPL dedicated routes focus on a stable cross-border link structure. Relay routes use an intermediate entry point to optimize connections across different network environments, while direct connections reach the exit directly from the current network. Results depend on your location, access provider and target service, so choose based on actual performance on your network rather than the route name alone.

How should I choose a route when streaming or AI tools are not working properly?

First confirm that the target service supports the selected exit region, then try another route in the same region. Keep the exit region consistent during sign-in and use where possible, as frequent region changes may trigger additional verification. If the website behaves unexpectedly, clear its site data and try again. For client or development-tool issues, also check whether the app inherits the system proxy settings.

04 / BILLING

Billing & Refunds

Monthly subscriptions, data packages, upgrades, payments and refund requests.

What monthly subscription plans are available?

Monthly plans include ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB and ¥28/month with 500GB. Choose based on your typical usage and data needs rather than price alone. Data on all monthly plans resets each month on the activation date, making them suitable for ongoing use with a fixed renewal cycle.

How are data packages billed, and do they reset monthly?

Data packages include ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB and ¥658/3000GB. They remain available until used and never expire. Unlike monthly subscriptions that reset each month, these packages suit users with irregular usage who prefer to consume data as needed. Check your current account status in the plan panel before purchasing.

When does monthly-plan data reset, and how does a mid-cycle upgrade work?

Monthly-plan data resets each month on the activation date rather than on the first day of the calendar month. For a mid-cycle upgrade, the price difference is prorated against the remaining days. Check your current plan and upgrade options in the plan panel before submitting, and keep the data reset date separate from the order payment date.

Which payment methods are supported, and how do I request a refund?

Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT are supported. IWVPN offers refunds within 60 days for any reason. To request one, sign in to the user panel and submit a ticket with the relevant order and request details. Keep your payment record available for verification. Refund processing is based on the order and account status; do not submit the same request repeatedly.
